Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service (We Are Not a Bookmaker)

Insidr is an entertainment, statistics, and social networking platform. Insidr is NOT a bookmaker and does not accept real-money bets. All amounts shown in "bets" within the app are purely virtual (virtual units) and are used strictly and solely for tracking and evaluating the performance of content creators (Tipsters). The platform bears no responsibility for how a user makes use of this information on third-party, external platforms. A Tipster's past performance does not guarantee future profits.

2. Age Restrictions

To use Insidr, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have reached the legal age of majority and eligibility to participate in platforms of this kind in your jurisdiction/country of residence (whichever is higher). Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions, Charges and Cancellations

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions to Tipsters renew automatically every month.
• Deleting the App: Uninstalling the app from your phone does NOT cancel your active subscription. To stop future charges, you must cancel the subscription from your Insidr account Settings before the renewal date.

4. Strict Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the information provided on Insidr, the following strict refund rule applies:

• No Refund: If a user receives even one (1) tip from the Tipster during the current billing cycle (month), the service is considered to have provided value and no refund is due, regardless of the outcome (win/loss) of the tip.
• Right to a Refund: A user is entitled to a full refund for the current month ONLY if they have received zero (0) tips and the Tipster deletes their profile, leaves the platform, or becomes inactive.

5. System Reliability & Anti-Scam Rules

To fully protect subscribers and ensure transparency, Insidr uses modern automation technologies:

Automated Odds & Results: Match odds are pulled automatically, in real time, from official data providers (Sports APIs). Settlement of bets (Win/Loss) is carried out exclusively by the platform's algorithm based on official results. Tipsters have no ability to manually enter or alter odds, nor to mark results themselves, eliminating any possibility of fraud (fake stats).

6. Intellectual Property (User Content)

When you publish content, analysis, or tips on the platform, you retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights to them. However, you grant Insidr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute this content within the app for the purposes of its operation.

7. Personal Data Protection (Privacy)

We respect your privacy. To operate the platform, we securely store in our databases the details you provide us (email, username, tip history). Your data is not sold to third parties. Payment processing is handled exclusively by certified external partners (e.g. Stripe) and Insidr never stores credit card numbers.
